Moving To Alvarado?

There are a several great things about moving to Alvarado, TX.  First, let’s start with where: Alvarado ,TX is located in Johnson County and is known as the oldest town in Johnson County.  It’s also known as “The Crossroads of Johnson County”  Located at the intersections of US Hwy. 67, Hwy 81 and Interstate Hwy. 35W.  Just a few miles East of Cleburne and 26 miles South of Fort Worth.  With a population of approximately 4000 it makes a great small town close to the attractions and amenities of big city life in Fort Worth.

Speaking of Attractions…
Alvarado has a few of their own. Alvarado Park Lake is only two miles out of town, and makes a great place to go boating, fishing, or picnicking.

Alvarado Parkway Park is a nice family park which includes skateboard and playground facilities.
